I see Dlask is offering conplete non-restricted ACR barrels now for $500

I found it changed the balance of the gun and made it more front heavy and bulky, No point in paying more for something you won't use IMO

The polymer forend (either the regular or extended) weigh less than the aluminum enhanced forend, so I'm not sure why it felt more "front heavy" for you.

I like having both really… Hell I'd even like to have both stocks :)

edit: what's the "extended polymer for end" you're talking about? the PTS/airsoft one?

do you have any with the regular forend?

The 'regular' forend can be sourced pretty easily. But I agree - the 'enhanced' forend is goofy lookin...

Me thinks he's talking about the enhanced one... hence he doesn't want to pay MORE for the enhanced, when he'll just swap it for the basic. :)
exactly

Ya you're right - they do sell in different configs I guess. I've only seen two up here: basic - with basic non-folding stock and plain jane polymer forend, and 'enhanced - with folding stock and railed forend.

Railed forend is poo in my opinion. Too short, too heavy, and too much rail. :)
