Developed an ;) interest in the '.366 Wagner' to the point that I decided to make an addition to my safe contents. Something new to try out :). I went the 'inexpensive' route and acquired an full wood model Zastava from Tradex. In preparation, I acquired a set of dies, quantity of Lapua brass and 285gr PRVI bullets. As the opportunity presented themselves, I also gradually accumulated a selection of other bullets and weights with the thoughts of doing some serious load testing. ;)fringe benefit of retirement. WOW!!! With the initial results, I never found the need to test any other bullets. It would have very hard for me to improve upon the accuracy I'd obtained with my initial loads using the 285gr PRVI. Considering the quality, fit and finish level of the Zastava compared to that of many other brands on the market, I'm more than pleased. Next plan, field experience with the .366 Wagner.

Actually have my CZ FS up for sale right now, but there will be another 9.3 in the safe one of these days...
I'm surprised no one has jumped on it. If I didn't have one I'd be all over it. The 20.5 in barrel on the full stock makes it a nice handy rifle.

Great calibre. I just picked up some 9.3 Sauer barrels from MD Charleston's closeout.

Thanks, I have had one offer but it’s a litte less than I want to accept.

This is one of the nicer 'working' 9.3's i have used - a basic Husky 1600 series bedded into a well proportioned aftermarket 98 stock (make unknown).

I wish I. Luke offer you something.... probably the price asked would be my offer and I would probably jump all over the full package!! I wish for you that you find a home for it but I also
Wish it doesn’t sell soon and I can buy it later...

I am happy to know that I am likely to find a buyer!

I picked up a Zastava barrel from Tradex in 9.3x62, PH action, just need to get motivated to finish the bedding. It is going to be light as the Zastava barrels are shy on metal.

They're great shooters. I have had good experience with mine during my 2014 hunting season. Since then I've acquired another Zastava and a few other 9.3mm's

Another 9.3 fan here. Just a great all-arounder big game cartridge. I have noticed, shooting both 9.3 x 57 and 9.3 x 62s, but they do seem inherently accurate as well. Sub 1 inch groups seem just expected, and my rifles are inexpensive, working rifles. I tend to run energy levels around 3400 ft/lbs with 9.3x57 and 3800 ft/lbs with 9.3x62.

I have a couple 9.3x62 Husqvarnas (Tradex), one on the commercial FN98 action, and the other on Husqvarna's 1600. Both have been subjected to considerable clean-up, touch-up. refinishing, new rings and glass etc. The FN98 has been sighted in and is ready to go, while the 1600 has reached the bore sight stage, and is waiting for its first outing to the range. The FN was sighted in using 250g Accubonds and Varget (a la Barsness), and I am hoping the same, or at least a similar load, will suit the 1600. One or both will get out in the field next season.
This year's choice was from the other end of the spectrum ... 6.5x55/130g Barnes TSX, which did the deed quickly and cleanly. Gotta love the variety of choices available in the world of hunting and shooting!

Wow thank you folks for sharing so many photos and stories. Glad to know it’s popular especially in Yukon ...hah
It’s sad because I had to leave all my silencers behind in Europe
As I have said before 9.3 x 62 really starts to when throw heavy stuff at subsonic speed with a can over a feeding barrel
Knocked over many many pigs that way
Will try and post some pictures once I get them out of backup with my grandsons help.

I am looking forward to use this little gem on an elk this fall .It shoots 285 noslers and 285 PRVI to the same point of impact at around 2400 sub moa ,should be good to go .

The 9.3 is a mild mannered thumper for sure ,I will use it for whitetail/ blacktail in the thickets as well. When I built it I started with a ZG 47 Brno added a 22 inch custom contoured stainless Benchmark barrel .Built some banded express sights and stocked it in some English walnut.Balances on the front guard screw,so a pleasure to carry, shoulders and points like a dream.I think I may take it for spring black bear this coming year too.
