Ballistic Plates Incoming

Options are great thank you for bringing in variety, and the low profile vest. Can't wait to get a look and feel of the product. Besides the stand alone protection of the vest would it be low profile enough to wear under a plate carrier? TY.

That is the intention. We want it to be low profile enough that you can wear it under a light sweater and not look out of place.
 
I posted a similar question to AI Tactical about a month ago, I was interested in the shoulder upper arm protection that attaches to the carrier. For some reason they are not allowed to bring them in, I have noticed this several times when looking for complete carrier options. Looks like only available to L/E and Military here in Canada. I could be wrong.

The problem with arms is both cost and flexibility. As flexible as the fabric is it is still too stiff to give you a good range of motion in the arms. Also adding arms would end up doubling the price. For both of these reasons we are leaning away from producing discrete armor with arm protection.

We could bring in the shoulder protection. The only problem is the SRVV shoulder protection cannot be shipped out of Russia due to their version of ITAR.

Russia has a version of ITAR? I thought they sold stuff to everybody. Guess I won't be buying that T-90 when I win the lottery then. You learn something everyday.

We will definitely proceed with both. Also we have noted with the fabric we have received that at both level 2a and 3a it is slash proof as well as being quite stab resistant (I couldn't puncture it with an icepick grip with the knife pictured below). We would of course have to get it tested but I personally have great confidence in the vest functioning quite well as a stab vest.

Damn the anticipation is killing me, :) those plates can't come any sooner. That "Greek" festival is soon! Opah!
