So who's up for more pre-order?

Mind you, I think it'll work out just fine, as the MDR has been tested like crazy! Unlike our gen 2's, which are in full production, but yet to actually fire a round in their current configuration.. sweet.

But don't worEE, I'm surEE, it'll all bEE just finEE...

If they would just sell stripped upper and lowers it would go even faster. and they wouldn't be 2 months late...lol...

Heck sell the strip receiver sets for 1000$ and call it a day.

Strangely enough that’s not the case...,it’s the uppers and lowers at paint that were the hold up :(

Hell I'd gladly take a stripped upper/lower un-painted for the right price, warranty be damned.

Cheers D

And the changes that apparently no one is allowed to know about.

You all didn't sign a contract that said they had to notify you of any changes did you? I didn't. It is common practice for companies to change specs at any time without customer input and without warning. Thus if you wanted to be updated by the company on changes to the product you should have insisted on that being in writing before handing over money for a preorder. They have responded and made some changes they believe to be better for their product. You may not like it but they have broken no contract in doing so. So ya'all grousing and whining about a gun you don't even hold in your hands is petty at best. I will actually wait until it is in my hands to complain about it if it doesn't work. ( and if it doesn't THEN you will hear about it from me.) You complain about what was found to be deficient on the first released rifles, and likely they have made changes to respond to those concerns hopefully. I will reserve judgement till I get it in my hands and shoot it.

Really? You're seriously bumping your chest out? You also made fun of a guy who said he wont see his gun before December and you sure proved him wrong...

I'm gonna rename BCL to "Out for paint" company...Apparently at BLC it takes 2 ####ing months to paint a piece of aluminum.

About 100 people/dealers will have them by Friday...maybe even Wed for some. I have close to 1000 on order from dealers as well. I think your crystal ball needs to be cleaned.

Really... so they post specs of a product, they post pictures of that product, and then make changes to what it is I thought I was buying. sorry, that doesn't work for me. How hard is it to communicate with the customer, ya know the person who had to shell out +$1800 before it's even built. At no time did anyone mention changes, other than the ambi bolt realease. If you walked into a restaurant and paid for your meal up front and what they brought to your table was not was on the menu you wouldn't accept that. So why the fu@k should I accept that for a $1800 rifle.

Contract, go look up advertising , then go look up misrepresentation. False advertising, bait and switch, or maybe we'll just call it typical pathetic NEA BS. Ya it's still NEA, they just changed the letter head. So ya, I'm going to say my piece. Don't like it, then go to the SFRC forum and suck up to them like so many others.

chemist/ryan..... suggestion, on the next pre-order add a disclaimer "product may differ as manufacturer makes improvements to rifle specifications."

No-one had to shell out any money. I didn't for the first order.

I wanted to, because I wanted one. Market demand dictated that had I not done so, I would still not be in possession of a BCL 102.

chemist/ryan..... suggestion, on the next pre-order add a disclaimer "product may differ from what was advertised as manufacturer may make random changes that may or may not improve the rifle, customers will be the beta testers and QC department once again."

Fixed it for you :p

Maybe you guys should use this energy towards the liberal party to fight against banning semi autos because if they do get banned all this #####ing will go to waste.

With all the new FRT's for non restricted semi's lately I'm not sure where you're getting the idea they're actively trying to ban semi's. I agree that they don't want us to have them but I've seen nothing indicating they're doing anything about it.
I think your tinfoil hat might be a little tight.
