This rifle continues to interest me. What is the Bergara stock trigger like? How adjustable is it? Is it single stage? What's its pull weight?

I understand it takes Remington 700 triggers, but I know nothing about the platform. Should someone want a different trigger what options are available for improvement over the factory trigger?

i think its 2.5 lbs trigger pull. i shot scubas last weekend ( had to wipe my drool off the butt of it ) it is adjustable to i think 2 lbs

Lowest is about 2.5 lbs. you could go with any of the major trigger manufacturers, triggertech is the one I am looking at due to low price and Canadian made. Would do cadex if I had the cash.
It is a single stage but breaks clean with no creep or overtravel

All of them. The rem 700 trigger is everywhere. I would start with any precision based dealer. Mystic precision, Wolverine, tends, Elwood Epps, go big tactical

Had some 5 round groups under 1 inch, but then it opened up. Really bad winds though and some odd ball flyers. Only have cci sv and sk match rifle. Cci sucked. Sk was under 1 inch then went to schit 1.5 -2.0 inches. Sometimes 4 good shots then a flyer would ruin the group. Absolutely hate the trigger. It must go, breaks clean enough just too heavy. I can't get mine down to 2#. Feels more like 4-5 lbs

Accuracy aside though, I love the feel of a full-size rimfire and the mags rock. Feeding extraction ejection all perfect. If the groups hadn't opened up...I'd be happy. Only shot at 100 yards. Will be shooting some 50 meters tommorow.
