I take a company that has good customer service over anything else, i don't give a s**t how big or popular a company is, if its customer service is crap i will never ever buy from them again.
Now NEA may have had issues with more than a few rifles but at least they don't say "its normal, its a feature, or you cant have a replacement or refund"
I don't agree for one minute with what NEA did but I give them credit for trying to fix the issues for customers instead of just walking away with their money.
