This was my first order from Cabelas Canada. Ordered Saturday.........So far just an e mail "order confirmation".....A question for those who regularly order is that do we get a" shipping confirmation" e mail with any sort of tracking number so we know when to start looking for delivery ? Also, has anyone received their CCI Mini Mags from this sale yet and how many days usually between order and delivery ? Was shipping actually free ?

I ordered some of the CCI AR ammo when it was on sale earlier this month, and I just received a UPS shipping notice yesterday via email. It was on a different free shipping promotion, but it has been shipped free, with tracking number etc. I placed my order Jan 1, shipped Jan. 8, just to give you an idea of their current processing times. According to the notice, delivery should be today.

Looks like our orders are going out together. I ordered maybe a bit later, but still shipped yesterday and delivers today.

Ugh... not sure what went on, but the ammo didn’t ship. Just the additional items. Will need to call and see what’s up. I knew I should have simply picked up in store.
 
I have something that's 4.7lbs which I ordered.
It's either 13 CCI Mini mags or 4 AR tactical... dont think theyvare combined.

Got the shipping email yesterday as well.

Called about the order. Everything is fine. Just two shipments, which must end up costing them a lot of money. Second one will be sent soonish.

I have a package coming today from cabelas. Probably the AR tactical I ordered on Boxing day, most interesting thing is my credit card was not charged yet! Woot woot free ammo!
Since they seem adverse to charging my card for ammo I ordered another 1000rds.... this morning.

I was in the Moncton Cabelas today and it was on the shelf marked at $13.99. I almost walked away but then asked a guy at the gun counter if the sale was over. He didn't know about it being on sale but when he scanned a box it came up at 7.99. Glad I asked :d

Had a similar experience in Edmonton. Not a very honest way of operating a business.
