Dear lord, what a headache this is! One of the reasons I am dealing with this warranty issue is that my friend (who is now in possession of it) is working up north and gone most of the time, so he doesnt have time to deal with this.

I just got off the phone from the CFO, who will not give me an STATT to pick up the rifle and send it! They will only issue him an ATT, and he is not back from camp for 5 weeks.

No offence to SFRC, but this whole experience has turned me away from buying anything but local.

I bought local from SFRC and still dealing with BS. I wish the store would deal with these issues and just issues new rifles. I am having the same issue with stove pipe jams, slamming of BCG into where gas tube goes. It chipped the paint! I think the gas tube spring is too weak and not enough to push the BCG back. Either way i got dimpled casings. When the gun shoots its fine.

Are you talking about the piston spring? I dont think that would cause your problem.

Unfortunately there nothing we can do in store to fix it and exchanging it probably won't help as a few have reported similar issues. The warranty centre are the experts on these so it's best to let them handle it. Casey is a master at firearms repair.

As I'm sure most people who have dealt with us know, we usually just exchange defective firearms or repair them in store but these aren't ones we work on.

Yup! North Sylvia stated that they will still be honoring the 5 year warranty on the $399 rifle's sold by Wolverine. I have one as well.

That is GREAT NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D

I just bought one of these with the 11.8" barrel and am waiting for it to ship, what seems to be the main issue with these guns? I'm going to use the factory CSA mags that are coming with it and have a bunch of AE fmj that I'll be shooting out of it. Are a lot of these coming back with issues or just a few?

From North Sylva

I just phoned Casey. I will be shipping the rifle to him to have a look (at my expense unfortunately, but what can ya do).

The warranty IS transferable, and Casey seems pretty reasonable.

How do i ship my gun to Casey. I called and Casey said visit the website? But i dont see a form or anything? Any help be great.

They all seem to have issues. I was shooting 55gr AE .223 tactical and it still had issues. I've talked to some firearms instructors and they think its not getting enough presure to push the BCG back and re-chamber a new round.

Here's mine, I cleaned and oiled it out of the box and have put two hundred rounds through it without a single problem.

That's nice, but still ton of us with under 12 inch barrels, are seeing these issues. Out of box, should not see this. I took the gun down and cleaned it, still giving these issues.

Has anyone with an 11.8" had issues?

Has anyone with a 7.5" put a break on it and still had issues? Just curious if anyone has tried one.
