Customer review of Tenda.

I've ordered 2000x .223 campro bullets from them.got a damaged empty box, cheap thin cardboard with one layer of tape all around.clearly botched packaging. They responded to my email saying they'll send a claim to Canada post.i guess i'll wait and see what kind of customer service they'll give. Hoping for the best..
I had a much smaller similar issue. Stood my ground and customer service came through

I have only recently been buying from Tenda and I have been happy with their service and selection. I’ve only shopped from the store location not on line.

This morning I had an issue with an item from a previous purchase that I wanted to exchange, and although they were well within their rights to refuse they, helped me out.

I just want to say thanks to the staff this morning, for great customer service.

UPDATE: Brian wrote me back and said Canada post will refund 100$ out of 286$ and said it was my fault if i was too cheap i didn't spent on insurance for my package.i still think that packaging was crap but they won't take any responsibility.
I'll never order from them again.
Can't wait to see if i get the refund or not...

You ordered something and received nothing but a damaged box? If they’re not willing to replace or fully refund, this is the time to discuss with your credit card about a chargeback. It will be an open and shut case.

I order a new Ruger rifle a couple weeks ago, it was shipped 8 business days after I order it. It showed up fine, but I think they could do a lot better, some dealers ship the next day! I would order from them again only if nobody else had what I wanted. Too bad.

I agree, they are slow to ship.
They seem to ship mid week, once a week, at least with the UPS option.
I've had rifles in 2 days from them when I time it right lol. Not sure I've ever waited a week, wouldn't bother me though, I'm old with patience, not tiktok generation.
I don't piss and moan either if there is a pin head blem on something, I just fix it.
Honestly, I've been buying for several years, never had any issues at all. If there is something I'm after, I always check them first, prices are usually the best. Couple times things went on sale right after I bought, they gave me a store credit for the difference. Really got no complaints here.
I sure as hell would not want to be in their shoes these days though, everyone #####es about anything they can lol

Very happy with their service. Needed scope flip up covers and wasn't sure about size. Send a quick Email and not even 1/2hr later got email representative explaining sizing, ordered right away and was very pleased with product. Go Tenda go.

Packaging is an issue across most, if not all vendors.
I'd happily pay a $10 handling fee to ensure my new firearm was packaged correctly, competently and securely.

What i usually get from all vendors is a box taped shut in a few places with no packing inside except tge factory Styrofoam cutout.

These boxes are not true postal system worthy boxes.

The stoeger boxes even say "this is not a shipping container" right on it.

The laziest shipping job I recieved was a rifle box with small brown paper squares taped over the logo and name of the gun maker.

Hey CGN'rs, I just want to share my first experience as a customer of Tenda Canada.

Of course I heard about them here on CGN and I was searching for a good deal on a shooting Chrony to help with working up hand loads for the coming shooting season. They had the best price that I could find ANYWHERE in Canada (believe me when I say I searched thoroughly) so I used the online store cart. I also added some bullets that were priced below every other dealer I could find.

I completed the check out and the only hiccup was I had to call my card number in. I spoke to a very nice customer service rep and easily completed the transaction. Within an hour I had about 5 emails in my inbox saying that they had looked at the order and every function through to putting the order on a truck. I was also emailed a tracking number for Canpar.
This was all on Wednesday afternoon and much to my surprise I got a knock on the door at 10:00 am Friday. WOW!!! Impressive delivery time!
When I opened the box, my order was in there along with a copy of the invoice and the interac slip. I was also surprised to find some other goodies in the box that were sent gratis. I won't be a spoiler though. You need to order from them yourselves to find out what they send...

Thanks Tenda! Keep up the superior service!
Always impressed with Tenda...
