One would think that the manufacturer will keep the price in check getting it off the ground,,, which is a good thing for the consumer,,, but over time the costs would most likely rise once folks get addicted to the kool-aid,,, nothing wrong with this idea as each shooter gets to choose their irons.
The cost don't affect the folks that can afford stuff like this, but the average shooter "now days" are more into general plinking and hunting.
This is not saying that some folks like owning 1 or 2 units well others have more than the normal amount of folks out there,,, again,,, it depends on lots of factors per person.
Young and lots of money, then why not,,, middle age and a conscious buyer might tap it kool in their spendings,,, the older crowd that are into hunting and shooting sports are most likely set-up with what they have.

Oh well, at least innovation is alive and well in the firearms world,,, it won't be long before the 300 Creedmoor sees it's release as it will take sales away from all the competition in the 30 caliber market like the 6.5 is attempting to do right now. LOL.
The next big thing becomes the next small thing as humans enjoy all kinds of flavours.
I can see my self returning to the simple out dated 303 Brit, 308 Win, 30/06, 300 Win Mag, 300 H&H since they offer nothing more with nothing less.
But that's just me as my CDO prevents me from stepping out of line. Ha.
Folks normally call it OCD, but this is in correct since the letters don't line up in order. LOL
