How to buy a barrel tuner?

I think it’s up to the individual do enough testing to make their own conclusions as to if they work. I do know for a fact, some top shooters do use and adjust them during a match. One USA shooter was losing until he adjusted his, then he was on fire afterwards and won. I am on a forum that he is in and asked him if he adjusted it since it was not disclosed in the recorded video. I am not proficient at tuner adjustments yet.

I would welcome some education with this, please.
I know what the tuner does, I have two barrel tuners on my BR target airguns.

This barrel what I have is a 28" heavy, full length tapered in W308, not threaded.
Measuring 0.915" at the muzzle. Only marking on the barrel is an engraving "308 Obermeyer", the chamber has tighter specs I guess.

Anything exist off the shelf I shall be looking for, or the tuner would be custom built?
I am not educated enough to know how to search for it.
Not sure if I want an integrated muzzle brake, unless removable.
Google Que Industries tuner/muzzle brakes. - dan

Chewing this OP for several days already, have learned a lot how to search further with keywoards.
I am very surprised howcome nobody came up with a slip on clamp on gizmo yet for CF's without a need to take the barrel to a gunsmith for machining a thread.
Airguns have these, archery has these vibration dampeners ....

I have seen couple clamp on tuners, mostly made by US businesses, requiring to send them by barrel measurements and the lead time 8-10 weeks.
With that much effort and timing I can just visit my local CNC lathe shop and diy.

Remington 40x 40XB riflestocks used to have them built into the stocks
Mostly on single shot one’s
Basically adjustable by a big screw on each side of the forend of the stock
They apply pressure to the barrel
I have one or two extra one’s

The Martini International as well had bedding screws set into it, and if I am not mistaken, so did the 52 Winchester.
