Blackwater 590A1s are officially super duper out of stock!

Thunder Ranch Tactical (Click Here) shotguns are selling fast and we're getting low on them too, so here's the official CGN early warning system heads up from the online department ;) These ones are of course very popular... seems like the special editions made in cooperation with "cool guys" are getting a lot of love!

As always, I'll try to keep you CGN guys and girls posted of any stock changes so Gary and I stay one step ahead of the dreaded retail store. If we fall too far behind, Gary starts to stare off into the distance while chewing pens to mush. The Staples bills are getting out of hand. He has started to chew Sharpies. His face is constantly smeared with ink. I am not sure how many teeth he has cracked but it has to be most of them. He is starting to look like Gary Busey.

what kind of front sight comes on the 500TR?? you said " high visibility " in the ad, does that mean fiber optic or dot?

Picked up a 590 A1 Blackwater! Things a beauty!! Fit and finish is really good for a gun at its pricepoint!! Anyone have a speedfeed stock that has the follower protruding on one side by like 5cm and nothing on the other side (Lined up with the edge)?? Mines like that and I dont seem to see it in pictures Ive been looking at!

Nice Shotgun!
I have a plain non BW version, built like
a tank...
It may simply have one of the follower "buttons"
installed backwards...
They come apart easily with the recoil
Pad removed...
Again great choice, metal triggerguard
& safety button, HB, great sights!
I put a Fab arms forend on mine, the
rails do not bother the hand, if anything
the flashlight on the bottom gives
an even better grip.
For you guys wanting a tri rail forend
for your older 590's the Fab Arms
Model for the MossB 500 is a perfect fit,
even though 590 is not listed on
the package.
Re speedfeed vs sidesaddle...
Think outside the ammo box...
Speedfeed + Sidesaddle equals a
Full reload for your 590...ready to go.
Although I found having a bandolier
hung around the Barrel for a reload
makes the gun easier to handle.
Not an issue for you young bucks,
But for old guys like me, a 590 with a
Mag & a full speedfeed & a full sidesaddle
is getting heavy...but very cool & very
prepared which is also cool!!!!

My Blackwater showed up yesterday. I'm impressed -- can't wait to get it out to the range!

Included in the box was a pack of targets and a handwritten note thanking me for being a repeat customer. Nice touch, thanks Wanstalls!
 
Not terribly likely, as Mossberg has told Canada that shipments north across the border will be very sparse this year due to US demand (which is why there are so many models out of stock/hard to get lately for the last few months). Like most companies, they cannot keep enough of their guns on the shelves in America and therefore are prioritizing shipments to American dealers over export sales. It's just the reality that America has more gun owners than Canada has people, total, so gun companies have to serve their primary market first. It sucks!

In a normal year we see a big spring shipment and a big fall shipment and then some filler shipments in between. We've been advised of small shipments possibly squeezing across the border and escaping the US panic buying, but overall it is not extremely likely for awhile... even the standard fall shipment is not written in stone.


We WILL post on CGN when any changes or news pops up! In the meantime, everything we have for Mossberg is available by searching for Mossberg on [url="http://wanstallsonline.com]WanstallsOnline[/url]!

those speedfeed stocks are sketchy to me, ive heard of impact causing rounds to go off in pistol mags and such and having two rounds right beside my heart, gives me the heebie jeebies.
