###iest handgun for a girl

Freedom Ventures and a few others sell the STI's. The Trojan is something like $1200. If you go to the Freedom Arms website from the linky up top you can download their price list and see for yourself.

Mind you "###iest" can also mean a heap of money. How much is your budget for this?

If you like 1911's in particular do you like the dark ones or shiney stainless options? If shiney sounds good then the Springfield Loaded model should stir the fires of passion for you.

SA makes really nice guns. I have no idea who sells them and who provides a customer support in Canada. However, I really liked the TRP either in SS or in Black Armory Kote. I feel I am getting closer to finalize my decision, lol! ;)

Some people are watching too much Spike TV. There's nothing ###y about guns, or cars. They're metal, plastic, and wood. Guns are made to perform violent acts. Associating guns with ### is a very bad idea.

As is associating you with "fun" it seems.... Time to lighten up dude.

And seriously, it's all about a SA revolver. My preference is for a blued finish.

I don't know if its already been said but, ###y should include reliable and some of the manufacturers you have disregarded initially do make excellent pistols.

Have a look at the FN 5.7 for a ###y, exotic, extremely venomous, this thing is nasty I am surprised it hasn't been made Prohib because of its ablititys. I know you weren't looking for hard to get, but it is awesome. If your using it for personal protection and your assailant is wearing body armor No worries this thing will eat it like F all.

Umm you have the right to your own opinion even if it is totally incorrect. ###iness is in the eye of the beholder. I find my plastic, metal and wood firearms to be ###y all on their own, but pair with a good looking scantily clad woman the ### appeal goes up.

Guns are not made to perform violent acts, but to be tools to defend against the violent acts of honor less wastes of skin. Any other use is pure pleasure.

Do try a HK P30L, and when you do, get the store to switch the 3 different grip sets (9 different grips in total) so you can find exactly the best possible grip for your hands......this gun (and grips) have to be tried to be believed......it's that nice. (not to mention ###y)

O.M.G! I think I just came... For my taste - that's what I call "###y"! Yeah, baby, yeah!

That said, now let me think out loud:

First off, thank you to all of you for the opinions/comments/suggestions/pictures.

Just to clarify things - I don't own a handgun but it doesn't mean I never shot one. For my almost two years membership in one of the local ranges I went through at least 3000 rounds of pistol ammo (I know, could already buy a handgun for the money I spent for membership and ammo there, lol).
However, it gave me a clear understanding what I don't like.

I shot CZ shadow - it's picky for ammo. Any aluminum case ammo brings a fun of FTF to the picture after every second round - jam jam jam....

I shot Glock 17 and Glock 21 - feels like a plastic toy to me - too light however awkward to handle. I shot baby eagle in 9mm - actually liked the feel of it and it operates flawless but it's damn ugly.

I shot sig P226 and Springfield Armory XD in 9 mm - good performance but not my cup of tea. Add to this all kind of exotic and not so handguns and revolvers in .44, .38, .357 - didn't speak to me either. Absolutely hated Beretta in anything I tried - .22, 9mm and .40.

The only two things that I didn't get to shoot is 1911 handgun and H&K. My friend has an exact copy of Colt Government 1911 (air gun tho, lol :)) It feels fantastic in my hands but I obviously never tried the real thing. Now, H&K is kinda a mystery to me. I will check who sells them locally and will go and feel it in my hand.

So, to summarize all this delirium: H&K may be "it" for me - money wise, reliability, accuracy and support (all this only from the research I have done - definitely not from experience).

So, let's narrow the search down - what you guys think - H&K or 1911 taking into account all the requirements I mentioned in my first post?

I bought a cz p07 duty for the ol lady last christmas. It is an ok pistol but wasnt doing it for her. She got her hands on my 1911pd smith and wesson and loved it. She was scared of it beign a .45 but after a couple rounds I had to remind her that it was mine. Here is a pic of it.
