We will know for sure within 30 days if the US will let these out of the country, until then anything else is just speculation.
Thanks for the time frame.

Again, lets try to keep the thread free of speculation and debates.
With Irunguns attempt at importation, we'll find out for certain, shortly. There is demand for these SBS and hopefully they come in. The definitive answer to all of our questions will be here, soon.
Thats what threads are all about.... Stop being the thread police... without speculation and debates these threads are boring![]()
Is the upcoming info for barrels or shotguns or both?
We just placed an order for 10 Factory 14" 590A1's but they are backordered. We'll throw them on next months permit along with 14" barrels and see if it is approved. Yes we have a SOT.
Real info is boring? I'd rather to have correct info than what people 'think' or 'guess'.
Carry on then.
Both.
Lol, your opinion will change once you hold it. As soon as I picked it up for the first time, I was VERY impressed, such a serious, bad-@$$, 100% pure business Cannon. Ghost sights are a must, the red ramp front gives you excellent target acquisition, like a Smith&Wesson snubby .357 Magnum
It patterns tight also, with 14" barrel with fixed full chock
Once you hold it...you'll be Smitten![]()
I may be wrong, but I've been doing the short shotgun thing for 35 years and have never seen a factory 14"-er with a fixed FULL choke. All of mine, both 500's, 870's and 37's have been either Cyl, Imp Cyl or Modified...

There are many brands out there, armed from turkey, and dominion from china, etc. I think the problem with Mossy and Remington are that they come from the U.S.What other short barreled shotgun are you talking about ?
.
About 2 years ago I tried to get a heatshield for my Mossberg 590A1 from Aimpro. It was a nightmare experience. Lots of back and forth and no work actually ever occurred. I'd still put money down for a complete 14" 590A1 shotgun but I wouldn't hold my breath on this.
I also heard it was the ATF that didn't want the 14" barrels or shotguns export because they feared they might ended up coming back across the border in the US.
