Is it really worth shopping at this store? TENDA

I have had fantastic customer service from Tenda. I also ordered a pistol before Christmas, they got on the transfer immediately, which was very quick and then they shipped it out and I received it ridiculously fast.

I got some wicked prices from them as well, I am always happy to shop with them.

I took 2 weeks for ammo to arrive but I did call because they came in separate packages 1 at a time and they answered the phone and clearl up my mix up . All that to say , they answered just fine but it was a long time for ammo to arrive imo

They wouldn’t honour price matching after I ordered and very slow shipping. Shop around know your prices. Not the worst and not the best.

Shipping is sometimes too slow. My last ordered items have not been shipped out after over 10 days. Reloading supplies and other accessories. No firearms. Emails have been ignored.

I have trouble getting on the website as there are about a million redirects on my iPad. Does anyone else have a similar issue? I have tried various links available through GunNutz as well as type the address straight in. Same thing with cookies on or off.

Their site is a little chuggy and could be better on mobile but I would say there only one redirect, not a million. Never had an issue getting to it.

Im starting to wonder if it make sense to continue shopping at this store. Yes, we get general emails on new stocks and on sale items. However, any new ordered items in the past week or so are still in the same status and unchange. The phone number doesn't work and email replies as well, so technically you cant get a hold of them. Is anyone else getting the same treatment on your recent orders?

Ordered some ammo and components. Spoke to the guys and they said orders were taking about 10 days to process and ship. My tracking said to expect the packages on December 29th. They showed up on the 23rd. Very happy to say the least. I think Tenda does they best they can at this time of year. Worth it to me as the prices are lower than anywhere else and free shipping (over $300 of course).

NO. Do not order from this store. The more of you trying to order from here, the higher the chances that what I want from them will be sold out. Go elsewhere. Just because I’ve never had any problems with them, it doesn’t mean that you will have the same good experience as me.

My 10/22 showed up this morning, ordered dec 14th shipped on dec 21st delivered morning of dec 29th to Nova Scotia. With the christmas sale and a store credit from a pre order it came to $207 (with a spare magazine added) satisfied
