Let's see some pic's of your SxS's & O/U's

I assume this week, depending on Canada Post. I'm missing the SxS classic very much. Makes me realize how blessed we have been with that event up until now. The Lindner might have won honourable mention almost for sure this year but that's the way it goes.

It is hard to say when we will be able to hold the next SxS Classic, but it looks like we will have to find a new venue. It is my understanding that Oshawa has changed to members only permanently. We'll see where things are at once we're at the point of being able to start making plans.

On a somewhat positive note, just heard Ford will be announcing stage 3 re-opening on Monday. Essentially all business back to normal...whatever that is now. Time to start looking for the alternate venue.

Got my Perazzi TMS back from Chris(CJ Dawe) yesterday. I am absolutely speechless!! These guns never looked this good from the factory. Chris' crafstmanship is world class!! I can't possibly add any more than that....I'll
let the pics do the talking!

Wow, what a beauty! Did Chris refinish stocks and re-cut checkering, or was it a re-stock?

Chris refinished the stock and re-cut the checkering and made a new forend to replace the original. I mentioned if he wanted to choose a checkering pattern of his own design for the forend instead of using the same pattern that the original forend had to please feel free to do so as I felt he would probably have a better idea of something more aesthetically pleasing and what he came up with sure did not disappoint!! It is so much sharper looking than what it wore from the factory. It really accents the forend shape and makes it stand out.

The Perazzi looks fantastic. Shockingly good. It’s my experience that Chris is exceptional at chequering. Not only in execution but in design and layout. I’m at the point where now I’ll agree on an amount (lol how much I’m spending) and give him free rein on the pattern. He is going to come up with a better design every time.

I agree 100%....thats why I did the same. The way I figure it is he the expert and will know whats best to showcase the wood's grain and shape best along with the rest of the guns lines etc.
