If I'm gonna be honest, I didn't think this had much of a chance to make NR. Happy it did though! So many cool guns coming out lately. I'll be adding an M10x to my wish list.

So I guess I may be the only one here that is saying "meh" about this one.

It's a rifle in a cheap blaster calibre, but built for precision shooting. That seems a bit oxymoronic.

I would have preferred this rifle with more traditional lines, wood handguards in the front and a fixed wood stock or a much thinner folder like a t81 or underfolder.

This preference is not for aesthetics. The reason I want a NR rifle in this calibre is for general purpose carry around the farm and for deer inside 100yds. I don't need a NR range toy for shooting tight groups, reliant on handloading a caliber that sells for $.10 per round everywhere. If I want that, I can get a way cheaper AR.

The wood stocks are kinder to bare or thinly gloved hands up to about minus 10C. While the anodized aluminum stock and plastic butt will be colder and will make thicker gloves a must-have.

I really only need the rail space for a receiver optic, though truthfully inside 100m I don't need an optic at all.

Right now, I'll save the $500 and buy the t81. Fits my needs better personally. I realize others will have different requirements.
