Jamming with two in the mag tube?? or have you even tried?? If not humor me.
Stock off and Recoil spring checked, cleaned and oiled??
Could be because the leading edge of the lifter is not equal by almost an 1/8th of an inch and looks like it would push it towards the ejection port.
Call browning. That should have been the first thing you did. Tell them that the gun shop that does the warranty work should give you a loaner in place of it while it is worked on.
Yup looks like the carrier is to far to the ejection port side of the receiver . my gun has hardly any gap between the carrier and the non ejection port side of the receiver.
yeah i wasn't thinking your rightThe wear mark is probley from the shells as they come out of the mag tube .
Jamming no matter what. Plus 95% of the time i will be at a skeet field so no more than 2 at a time allowed.
rembolt: I have no idea, but its missing the chamber by about 1/8".
Thanks for your continued help guys!
So it jams the same with 2 in the mag tube?? vs one or not as frequently??? and you have had the stock off and checked and cleaned/oiled the recoil spring??
After that you checked the bolt to make sure is it going back all the way and operating smoothly??
No cracks in the mag tube follower and the spring is at least 10 inches longer than the tube when out and inside of tube nice and clean and oiled?? That pic you show providing the gas system is clean and not damaged doesn't look to me like a carrier issue.
Eliminate the common items first when you see shells hanging like your pic and I am not convinced that has been done. Yes I have a maxus, and some golds etc but mine don't jam and I cannot remember if they did since owning 1100's for so long it would just be part of a game and I would have fixed them as a regular occurance

yeah but i have only been in the bush once with it for 200 rounds so most of my time has been at skeet where only 1 n 1 are allowed.
I will take the stock off right now and see. i havent been in there yet.
is this clean enough? lol thats how it has been cleaned after every use. Jammed first shot today.

Those items shown can be new but it won't matter if that bolt is not getting back smoothly and far enough or the mag tube is not feeding as fast as required from a weak spring. The action is very quick and with target loads you don't have the extra to compensate for any burr, roughness in the cycle etc.Have to had the mag spring out and checked, tube cleaned and oiled etc ??
Here if you think I am full of crap I just found this. Looks like some here were thinking along the same lines. Plus some other ideas.
