My first and only experience with them, was my first firearms purchase two weeks ago. I used their online ordering since I don't live near one of their stores. At the completion of the transaction, it said that I would be paying by Money Order, even though I had selected Visa and entered my info. It also didn't ask for my PAL number, which I thought was odd. I called them and left a message with my cell number and advised them of the problems. They called a few days later on the number on file, not the one I gave them, and asked for my info, including my PAL. I wasn't at the number they called, and they don't have very good hours, so I had to call them the next day. I gave them my info, but when they asked for my DOB, I gave month, day year as you would when speaking to a friend. Two days later they call on the wrong number again and leave a message that they didn't have the correct PAL expiry date or the correct DOB for me. I called them back again and then gave it to them including slashes and the month in numerical format so they wouldn't have trouble entering it. At this point, it's almost a week after I ordered it, and they haven't shipped the rifle and I'm getting annoyed. I asked if it would be appropriate to throw in some free shipping or a box of ammo since I am a first time customer and have had what I consider poor service. "I'm not that department" the clerk said, and transferred me to someone else. "No, we don't do anything like that" the gentleman told me. It's simply a case of incorrect information, and we couldn't ship it until we get the right info". I have now received it, but did they register/transfer it into my name, or do I have to do this? I'm afraid to call them to get the answer...
