Most aesthetically pleasing bolt action rifle....

Kleingeunther K15 Custom 7mm Rem Mag, pewter-like scrollwork on the receiver...digital photography is beneath it and posting photos would require a day-booking with Coppola.
The K-15 is a fantastic rifle! Pretty much the same as Voere Titan II and Mauser 225. Incredibly smooth action and exceptionally accurate. I took my first deer and first elk with a Titan II in 7mm RM.

Savage 110 Classic.

Not so pretty that you'd be nervous to drag through the bush, but still a very handsome wood stock for not much money. Obviously, it's a cheaper wood and even the fancy press photos show errors that would make a woodworker cringe, but these have no real effect on function. They've got a recycled barn board vibe to 'em that I like.

A few dents, scratches and blood stains would only make this stock look better.

Stock photos, not my gun.

The most aesthetically pleasing bolt action rifles i have seen hands down are Rigby's like this trio of modern beauties, all faithfully reproduced by the firm by duplicating the lines of examples of their own rifles from the early 20th Century. Built on Mauser Magnum 98 actions as they were back then. By 1913 or before they had the bolt action form- and function - perfected.
