NEA/BCL 102 FAQ Thread

Does the stock that comes with the 102 collapse all the way into buffer tube like normal AR? Why the extended buffer tube if so?

The design of the receiver extension is for the larger 308/7.62 caliber. IOT clear the chamber the BCG needs a little more room (about 1/4"). The Stock collapses most of the way. Still a little space between the stock and the castle nut.

At this point we are 90 percent sure that the bcg is propriatary but the bolt is armelite ar10 waiting on go no go gauges abd field test.
This being true then ar-10 armelite barrel will bolt right up with a paired and head spaced bolt.
