Not sure if this has been covered off before. The muzzle brake, is that just torqued on or is it staked? Some question for the castle nut, staked or not. Thanks.
so carbine spring and buffer?
I do believe it's H3 carbine buffer and Armalite .308 spring. Armalite carbine receiver extension.
I don't have mine yet so hopefully someone can confirm or deny.
Hi just wondering if this Troy rail would work on the bcl??

Hey I took a look and couldnt find any info whether or not I can put a QD endplate on. Anyone have that info?
Also any info on if theyre going to add a forward assist?
I think im getting a batch 2 ( end of january ). What are the changes from 1 to 2?
Thanks!
I put my name on one at General Gun like 2 days ago. Not sure when its supposed to be in. You'd know right?
Dont bother with my other two questions I researched those lol.
So would a magpul AR15 QD endplate work or do I have to get something specifically for an AR10 / 102?
I dont know much about AR10 parts
Thanks
Someone recently tried and said a Magpul QD end-plate wouldn't work. I find it interesting that it's now being said that it will... Pics or it didn't happen![]()
They said they used a magpul ASAP endplate not an ASAP QD endplate. the regular ASAP has a different shape and a loop the plate for hooks to clip onto. I think they may have used that. If it takes a standard endplate, then any QD endplate should work
No prob, hoping it takes a standard QD. Going to change that out, along with rail (Unless it has gotten alot lighter), pistol grip, trigger guard and stock for sure, If of course the rifle is accurate and reliable lol. If it is, I may change out the buffer tube while im putting the new endplate on.Ahh k, thanks for clearing that up![]()

From what I understand, I'd need to go from an Armalite buffertube to a DPMS/AR10 buffer tube and then change the buffer and spring aswell. That would allow a shorter overall rifle and would also allow the stock to fully cover the buffer tube when fully forward.
Question is, how long does the gun have to be to retain NR status? does shortening the rifle via changing out the buffer tube endanger that?
Dont like how I'd have to dremel down a charging handle, but if it gets to that that means that I'm happy with the gun, which means its accurate and reliable. And that means new trigger and muzzlebrake too.
Muzzlebrake, rail, charging handle, trigger, pistolgrip, trigger guard, endplate, buffertube, buffer, spring, stock.............thats alot to change haha cant wait
It shouldn't. Even with the buffer tube off the length of the barrel and receiver would be more that min overall length of 26.5" My XRC-L in .223 has a folding stock and with 18.5" barrel it is non restricted.
