Nice two shoots! :D
The sear is broken. Weird...Ship it to us we will replace it, test, and ship it back to you at no charge. We will also cover your shipping expenses.

Well the 2 shot group looks good :D "this could happen to any pistol" your just unlucky ;)

Serves you right for hogging all the 9mm Makarov ammo :p

hard to say...If it was properly assembled there is not much stress on the sear. Never heard of broken sear before. The sear spring could snap after many thousands rounds, but sear is very unlikely. We will thoroughly inspect it and post our findings. I will also contact manufacturer on this.

Don't try to put the safety on when the slide is in the open position. It will turn up and fall out. My bil did this to mine.

I had to try to get it to do that but I imagine it's part of a detail strip. All you need to get it back in place is to pop it in and release the slide. Might have to fiddle a tiny bit.

I want to know what caused the sear to snap in half. I only de-greased the pistol and re-lubed it with Ballistol.

The problem happened due to incorrectly installed main spring. It's two leaf spring. One leaf works on hammer, the other (weak narrow leaf) holds disconnector in proper position. The disconnector leaf was not in place and caused the disconnector push sear axis instead of sear heel. Pay attention when reinstalling main spring. Observe disconnector while cocking the hammer with the slide off the gun. It should not travel forward. The disconnector should only go upwards against the sear. If the disconnector goes forward (towards sear axis) the spring is not in position or weak leaf is bent forward. Remove the spring and bend (by hands) the leaf backward to be close to the other leaf. Reinstall the spring and check if it works properly.

Yes, it's part of a strip. To remove the safety lever turn it clock wise past the safety position and remove from the slide. The firing pin will fell off of the slide.

I can import them in bulk. The kit would look something like this basicaly all parts minus barrel, slide, and frame:
