I was in on the pre-order. Finally wound up cancelling a few weeks ago. I still got the e-mail. Mags, at cost, were supposed to be $70/each. The e-mail I got says $99/each.

Only the rifle had "-Guaranteed pre-order price of just $2699". There was no "Guaranteed pre-order price" for the options.
