The Long Awaited Type 97 civilian model is officially approved for April Delivery 2013!!!!

The Type 97 with an already approved FRT number and classified as NON-Restricted will arrive early in 2013! The 5.56 variant with 18.7" barrels built in a semi-auto bullpub design will accept all standard AR mags and comes with standard open sights. We expect limited quantities so will be accepting pre-orders in advance of the April delivery. Price will be $999 and we will require a $250 refundable deposit to secure a spot on this shipment.

No part of our firearm laws make a bit of sense. The deeper you go, the more Kafkaesque it becomes.

That is the price after you have paid the deposit. I assume this means that they are not accepting any more orders but those that have paid the pre order deposit can now pay the remaining funds and get their rifles... hope so anyway as I've just paid it

It says $749.99 represents balance paid on a 25% deposit.

Yes we have stopped taking pre-orders. We are contacted everyone to finish up the paperwork and gather everyone's information. If there are any left after any cancellations we will definitely post here... If you put a deposit on a type 97, you can use this link to pay the balance and get in queue for delivery...we hope to have these out as soon as they come in!!!
