PAL Wait Time

My status changed to Processed and License issued on the 29th day. Today marks 1 week of status change. Called the CFP number was told by a gentlemen there that they recently had to move offices and had to take down the printing machine which caused a 2-3 week backlog.

Exact same issue as you guys above. License status changed to "issued" on July 8th. Called on the 24th and was told it was in line for printing and that I should wait until at least the end of August before being concerned.
That's literally like me July 8th was when my status was changed.. Oh well - at least we can shoot with another PAL holder in the mean time so not all is lost.

I got the update from my Canada Post MyMail app. The license is in the mail. Though, since it was mailed just before a long weekend, it should be delivered on Tuesday.

I applied to renew my RPAL June 1 online - I check on the RCMP website monthly. It says "we've completed the initial review" and that's it.......

Last time I renewed online it took about 5 weeks from application to license at my home.

Finally:

(Quebec, PAL/RPAL, submission on 22.05.2024)
I called CFP office today to see if my licenses printed or not, the answer was to wait 2-4 weeks more. they have a lot of back log for license printing

I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice as to what is now a reasonable amount of time to expect the full processing of a PAL. I mailed in all my paperwork on May 29th 2012, and saw online that my application became active on June 7th 2012. In late June my application was marked as "completed initial processing and now in progress". Just a note ALL my paperwork was 100% correct all T's crossed and I's dotted. The website says you can expect about a 45 day processing time, am I right to be thinking things are taking a little long, or is 60 plus day just the norm these days. Thanks in advance:
My brothers was almost 3 months

I'm getting pretty annoyed here now for my PAL in BC. Still stuck at the initial review.

Submitted my application on 2024-02-14 and called June 24 asking for an update. Filled out the transfer form for estate rifles shortly after that. Was advised on the phone to wait 4-6 weeks before calling again.

Called 4 weeks later for an update and was advised to wait another 4-6 weeks- so the go to just seems to be Ace Ventura mindlessly telling me to "Just wait longer".

I'm hitting roadblocks everywhere I go with everything, even work, nothings moving. It's ridiculous.

Anyone else’s license been processed but haven’t received it in the mail yet? I’m on week 3 of it being approved and processed however haven’t received it in the mail. I called and they told me it could take another month to come. ( B.C.)

New member here, and an Ontario resident.
I completed my PAL/RPAL application using the online platform. Application was submitted, along with acknowledgement from all of my references, on June 19 (2024). It was processed with initial review on June 20. Online status of application was updated indicating that the application was approved and the licence have been issued; this is on point with the 28 day waiting period. I am now eagerly waiting for the mail to arrive. Will provide update once received.
Just got the mail today.
