Rossi Ranch Hand full-size stock G/B ~ UPDATE - Feb 15/2013

Just wondering if anything more has been done about this?
I sent him my custom built Savage (338-06AI) 14 months ago to have a stock made and have been hearing nothing but excuses as well. Shop flooded, I'm sick (but still went moose hunting), yadda yadda..
Rifle was supposed to be done last Dec. Talked to him about 8 weeks ago, rifle was supposed to be in the mail within a few days (finished or not) and tracking # forewarded. Haven't heard from him since despite numerous phone calls/messages.

A friend of mine paid for a Rossi Ranch Hand replacement stock over a year ago and still nothing. The last my buddy heard was about 4 months back, the guy told him "just another week or so". Since then, he has failed to return any of my buddy's correspondence. Was supposed to be shipped to my house months ago.

Talked to the police in Sask, and they actually got ahold of Rich and my rifle is in the mail!!:)
There is an open file against him, so if any of you guys who have been screwed over see this, Constable Kletzel (sp?) would like to hear from you. His # is 306-962-7444. Yes, I am posting this with his permission and encouragement. Let him know that you "spoke" to Rod Martin so he can add info to the file.
Good luck to all of you in having your $$ and/or property returned and act fast as RR is in poor health(emphysema).

I stopped waiting on that roadturd months ago.

I got a stock from Precision Stocks and a friend did the final fitting for me. I suck at wood work. I did restain the front and rear stocks. I did the LimbSaver pad and it makes it very easy to shoot. The flames coming out the front are visible in daylight.

Here is the finished gun and some targets. The first is mine, 6 shots. The second is Jaunvaldez, 5 shots. He was always a better shot than me.
Both are at 25 yards free standing.

Nice!! I'd still give him a call, the constable is going to close the file when my rifle gets here. If enough people call in, there might be a chance of having your money returned , if you sent in deposits. Talked to him yesterday and he said no one has come foreward.

Hey guys, I too got screwed by him - he took my cash and my own stock pattern. Now won't answer any calls, emails, or Pm's on here or other forums.

I must have missed it, but if someone could give me the RCMP's number and name I would love to give them a call.

Here you go;

Good grief!

I hate people like him, gives the legit gun business guys more business, but at the same makes the industry look bad.

That's interesting, I have phoned multiple times, left messages, emails, and Pm's on another forum where he has posted since me messaging him - none have been responded to.

Don't shoot the messenger ;) I don't have any involvement in this, just posting what I was asked to post. He has been sick this year, I don't know much other than that.
