Russian SKS45 long thread.

I'm really hoping we'll be able to get rid of the mag size law when the Harper government goes majority.

The only hope I see with mag limit changes, is with the competitive shooter angle. Now I know when C-68 came out they said competition shooters could keep there hi-cap mags, and then changed there minds. So we have to change there minds back on our side.

I was a wee lad back when C-68 came in... but why the hell did we let that happen? I'm pretty stoked for my SKS though... should be here end of the month. :)

Just have to ask.

Any idea when the first 100 are getting shipped?

Can't wait to take it out to play :)

I also hope this whole "Czech 7.62x39 not approved for Canadian sale" fiasco won't effect the two cases I ordered. Unless the ammo was "already shipped" by the time Frontier hears about this. ;)

We didn't just let C-68 happen. There were huge rallies in all of the major cities and on parliament hill, some under the scrutiny of snipers on the rooftops. Shows how much in touch the Libs are with the people.

We were hijacked by Kim Campbells' red tories and the Progressive Conservatives dureing a back benchers vote at 2:25am. Their excuse was they were doing us a favor, because if it went through normal parliamentary channels, it would be much worse. The truth was totally different, the Liberals were afraid to implement it or even bring it up, other than a few fanatics. The Senate of course, was mainly comprised of Liberal appointees as was the supreme court judiciary. After the "quisling" stab in the back, they mostly dived dureing the next election. Kim C could be found clubbing when she should have been electioneering. She was then appointed a plum ambassadorship, where she still resides.

God what a sellout by the "Red Tories". Hopefully never again.

The Libs/NDP/Greens believe in government of the party, by the party and for the party. Hopefully we can keep the CPC under some control.

Kim Campbell's bill was C17, C68 was Liberal Rock's baby. Our protests on Parliament Hill were against that miserable excuse for a human Rock.

...aaaaand apparently 7.62x39 is banned. Good news is I think its all a sick joke.

I dont understand your comment. Do you mean that 7.62X39 was recently made a banned caliber?

Please elaborate and hopefully my blood pressure will drop...hopefully

Ummm... not sure if this got posted already, or if anyone noticed, but:

I noticed that on the top right corner of the Frontier web site :)
