I did some ladder test with varget and 4320 this w-e using 180 gr btsp's from speer 0.010 off the lands. Varget was very bad until I hit the very precise 41 gr and I got 0.638 moa then opened up again to 1.5 moa. I had a good shooter try it and he got the same. 4320 sweet spots with that bullet where 38.5 and 40. Using lapua brass and Winchester primers. I kept getting flyers I don't know if it was the random torque I put on the action screws, oil and gunk in the bedding around the recoil lug or simply the "loose nut" behind the buttplate...
Honestly bobdbldr you should have to pay a dime to correct this problem, you paid the price the you needed to pay when you bought the rifle, I don't have this problem at all, why should you? It's not a small quick and easy fix. The rail holes are misaligned, to correct this issue you need some precision tools or you will have to install another rail or rework the hole and pull it...retap etc...
