Savage Mk II FV-SR BACK IN STOCK!

Just got my Savage Mk2 FV-SR, but its not the model I ordered, its just a standard Savage Mk2.
Sent an email off to Wanstalls, so I'll see what's going on.
Might have been just a miss-packaging for mine.

Wow, that is awful! I would be devastated after all the anticipation. Now instead of being excited for mine, I'm scared it's going to be the wrong one. I hope that was a one time mistake and Wanstalls properly makes it up to you.

Considering they are sold out at Wanstalls, Frontier Firearms has them: http://frontierfirearms.ca/firearms/rimfire/savage-mark-ii-fv-sr.html and NorthPro has the .17hmr version: http://northprosports.com/shop/product.php?id_product=3561 Maybe you can still get the correct one if Wanstalls can't get you another.

I'm not worried really, things happen.
As I said, it could just have been mine.
 
Just got my "FVSR"....but its also not an FVSR, just a plain jane mkII.

BUT Wanstalls is taking care of it, mistakes happen.
