The problems are the result of the Minister not cracking the whip.

the last time i knew of was when they tried to make the converted uzis and stens go full auto by using underpowered ammo ( the ones from isreal) -one trick i remember quite clearly is them taking a h&k 94 and REMOVING THE CHANGE LEVER to make it go full auto- hence, it got on the list

You are right, they have been removed, definetly not a good sign.....
But doesn't mean that it's over yet.

Seems to me that the Conservatives are just paying lip service to issues around firearms. No substantial changes have been made and this further reaffirms that.

From your dealers network (if such a thing exists) and any past experience in this area, do you know if the RCMP gun lab has any time limit on how long they can take to inspect a sample? Did they themselves provide a timeline? Or are you simply left to hang while they do what they've decided to do?

Were they not inspected long ago? If Lever has them, they would have to be.

As I see it, it's pretty simple, one of 2 things is going to happen, we get our rifles, or we get out money back, I'd rather have the rifle, but hey, if it has to be the money, life goes on.

It's my personal opinion that the reason we don't have these yet, it cause the mounties are trying everything under the sun to try and declare these prohib or restricted or whatever, and up to this point, they're failed. I may be wrong, and there may be something bigger going on here, but I have hope that in the next couple of weeks that the rifles will be released.
