For $1000, I could sell you a stock and two trigger groups.
 
I already have a McMillan stock. But it is attached to a Tactical Operations F51 and not a Garand. Anyway, the point is that I am not going to give my expensive rifle away. Not to a stranger anyway.
 
No one is asking you or anyone to GIVE anything away. The fact is you can build an M1 Garand for cheaper then you can usually buy one....people both do not know how to price things on the EE or think their own feelings for a particular gun, their NC Star accessories or Canadian Tire sling adds a few $100 to the price tag. Posting crap like that will only scare people off of the platform or trying to make one themselves.

So while you may not SELL someone a stock and 2 trigger groups for less than $1,000, the total value for those parts is well under under your price. Again...what you posted serves no purpose other than looking like a pompous ***hole.
 
Anyone know someone with an extractor spring and plunger to sell? Mine went into hiding....

I know the ee might make sense but there's far more guys here who might have a spare. Hoping you can forgive me....

If you curb your vile language you will be more able to hide the fact that you are an ill bred, poorly-educated guttersnipe. You may find yourself getting further ahead in life. But maybe not. Cursed with a low intellect, you are only capable of so much.

And you were right. $1000 is too much for a stock and two trigger groups. For $1000 he could get a stock, two trigger groups and a new old stock gas cylinder. But nothing more.

Quite correct! If the language I've seen is being "richly" described as vile and fellow CGN'r is being besmirched without consequence, then I'm on the wrong forum. That being said, look for a set of lightly used duelling pistols on EE shortly...

My search for Breda parts is ongoing....I have a trigger, trigger housing, front ferrule, lower band, gas plug, front sight, and safety. I have an extra BMB marked front sight that I'd be happy to trade for your extra BMB ?????. Msg me if you have a trade in mind.
