As referenced upthread, this is not a Tabuk clone, but the Tabuk may give an idea of Type 81 SR's performance. The Tabuk is an Iraqi designated marksman's rifle (DMR) also in 7.62x39 mm, based on an AK with a longer, heavier barrel and sniper-styke stock, in a similar manner that the SR is based on the Type 81 rifle and LMG.
