I tried an AR at -45 degrees once. It didn't function so well. My Cz-858 had no issues. I'll stick to commie guns for reliability I guess.
Looking forward to the Type 81.
I can't buy a Type 81 and I still want to hear about them. Just saying my experience with Ak47s... a lot of hype and really they are just a cheap mass produced rifle. I was terribly disappointed when I moved down here and could finally shoot and own them.
Like pretty much any so called "assault rifle" . Give me an all machined, smooth bolt in a beautiful piece of walnut any day.
If these type 81's are going to be sold for over $5-600 that would be a deal breaker for me
The definitely will be over $600, especially now with our weak $If these type 81's are going to be sold for over $5-600 that would be a deal breaker for me

All I see are Tyoe 81 threads!!! What about it's look alike (BUT NOT FUNCTIONALLY ALIKE!!!) the AK47
Forget about the AK47. We don't own them, nor will we. ............... What advantages do these rifles have over the $200 SKS?

How much will they be?It won't be a price advantage.
What are those advantages? I can buy tonnes of aftermarket stuff for my SKS.Price and mag restrictions aside, the other advantages are fairly obvious.
