Update On Ontario Restricted Transfer Times

Hello everyone, do you guys know if one can continue to purchase handguns if he/she were to acquire a Wilderness Authorization to Carry?

I also purchased from TGT back in June and the transfer didn't get initiated until September 19 (per the chart and my ref number). But, I had called back in August to see if everything was good because my order on their site just said it was backordered. Essentially what the guy said, their website glitched and didn't indicate that they had sold out stock at the beginning of the purchase wave, and they were one of a few places that had a ton of Glocks that appeared to be in stock, so they got oversold and had to wait for new inventory to come in to fill the rest of the orders. I think their final shipment got delayed due to the import ban in August too, when I spoke with him he said he had a few Glock shipments he was still waiting on to arrive.
 
Thank you for the reply. Do you know if the CFO will be picky about what handgun can be purchased? For example, the CFO may say "I don't think that a 22lr handgun is adequate for bear defence."
 
That has exactly nothing to do with an entirely unsubstantiated statement that the implemented regulation prohibiting the import of more handguns into the country that virtually no one can buy has ever been a "temporary" measure.
