Update On Ontario Restricted Transfer Times

That’s brutal. What was their reasoning for taking so long to initiate the transfer?

Arms east was the last standing store. They are awesome guys.

I think reason behind late initiation was delayed shipments to their site. For eg., they knew how many glocks were coming on their way but no serial number information, until they arrive. Atleast their prices were so fair guys as compared to other stores and crazy private sales.

I was referring to the June 2nd purchase and the August 8th transfer. Not the arms east transaction

Here's the response I got from Top Gun Tactical when I asked:

'Let me explain how the transfer process works.

The firearm has to be transferred to us first from a wholesaler so that we get a reference number and a serial number to be able to register to you. Since they just came back in stock in Canada on Thursday, when you ordered it is irrelevant.

If you have issues with the system, please feel free to vent your frustration with Prime Minister Trudeau's office. We did not create it but do have to adhere to the process.

If you are not happy with our service, there are a long list of customers who would love to have this firearm."

Very narcissistic reply.

A small apology for the experience even if it wasn't their fault woulda have been more appropriate since they did make some profits on the sale and you did encourage their business.

June 30th - 59580**

Thanks for all you’re doing Wolf! It’s making the wait a little less painful!

Edit: these are all Ontario business to private transfers.
