Yes, and therefore available to apply an ATT for. People in this thread have been using that to check if they have any where the transfer is completed but email never went out.

Pretend you are asking for an ATT... It will ask you what firearms you want to put on the ATT, you can then see what Restricted firearms are registered to you.
