Check the initiation date on the transfer approval document. It's almost never the date you placed the order.

By your logic, the regulatory change in August that stopped the importation of new handguns nation wide isn't valid either because it wasn't passed through the House and didn't receive Royal Assent.

Give that a spin because it's not 'in the book' and let us know how you make out.

It is in the book. They used the Export and Import Permits Act. They didn't actually stop the importation of handguns, they just required that the importer had a permit, then stopped issuing permits for anything other than military or LEO.

I’ve got one that’s 59497xx from June that’s still not approved called the cfo and they said to keep waiting but there’s no problem with the transfer

I am assuming the 59666 was business to private and the 59450 private to private. Send an email to the CFO re 59450 because it is late either way.

If this was from a business, email the CFO. They may have missed this.
Note to all: there is a difference between private and business transfers.
Private are lagging behind business transfers by quite a few weeks.
