The B2P chart shows a September 22 transfer initiation should be approved between March 1 and March 2 but as this is private to private add two days so March 3 to March 4. The CFO rate of processing varies so keep your eyes on the chart.

The CFO has been slower of late on approvals. Maybe they had to end the contracts of some of the contract workers so they can pay for that new Corvette cruiser and the two Hummer EV's they are revealing at the Toronto Auto Show
