My personal experience with NEA products is their design, they need to spend more time on the prototyping and product testing.
my first purchase was an XCR stock adapter, the configuration was way too low for a proper cheek weld. I also picked up the 2nd gen adapter, they fixed the height problem but the whole thing was way longer than needs to be, they also added QD sockets on either side of the adapter however the one on left hand side is perfectly inline with the charging handle, so it was pretty much useless for anyone who is a right handed shooter.
Just recently I decided to give NEA another try and bought a set of their 7" hand rail, it clamps on to the barrel nut with two setscrews, it is a very simple and effective way of securing the hand rail however instead using a nut a bolt they simply tapped the tabs and screw the hex screw right into the aluminium rail, so it is just a matter of time before they are stripped, also they didn't have a slot in front of the forward screw to give it a bit more flex, so if you are trying clamping down the handrail you will run the risk of stripping threads.
