Like I said in the OP...note to self not to do it again...
Moms bringing the kids in to see the animals,..not sure what that has to do with anything... I presume something about guns and women and children or something... are they being shown the animals that have been shot? or are they being shown the animals that are endangered by guys like sealhunter who walk in with his big bad gun..
I figured someone would have said, 'Excuse me sir, I'll get you to wait here while I get someone to help you with your firearm while in the store"
I figured that someone would have put my gun in a gun rest as we set up the gear on it...
I won't get into a whole legality and perception bhull#### arguement, but if i had walked in with a knife handle I wonder what would have happened...(essentially a gun that has no bolt and a trigger lock on)...
or if I had picked up one of the machetes or axes.. and looked around for other things on my shopping list...
sometimes we build our own boxes,.. guns should not be seen, should not be smelled ....never mentioned in front of women and children.. you should need a permit to carry your hunting rifle out of your house...you should have to put a Dangerous Goods sign on your passenger side windshield whenever you have guns in your vehicle...
My safe handling of a boltless, trigger locked, muzzle controlled, legal firearm in a legal manner, should not be an issue,...the bull#### Liberal anti response to it such should be..
and again, as the OP says, I will never do it again,..I am the minority,... I should be thankful i even have a gun and am allowed to hunt...
humbled am I,...thank you.
