Are shooters getting really good accuracy out of these ACR's with simple Dlask, Herron and ArmsEast barrels ? or do people really have to invest in the more premium barrels to get these MOA results?
The Herron arms and Questar barrels are the best from what I've seen. Keep in mind that those are made from stainless match grade blanks.
My custom made stainless non restricted 300blk barrel will shoot around 0.8moa with my 150gr handloads.
Unfortunately I still haven't had a good range day with my NR Questar stainless 223 barrel to see what it can do but all reports from others say they can shoot sub moa with good ammo. I have put quite a few rounds through it but no real testing and no load development yet.
