Well I picked up a pretty new NS522, and have taken it apart , cleaned and worked on the trigger.
I cannot get the pull less than 2lb. Even without a spring in the trigger assembly, it's still approx 2lb.
It seems to me that the firing pin spring is super strong causing the bolt to be very stiff going into battery and also exerting too much
pressure on the sear to get a lighter trigger. Is there a replacement firing pin spring anywhere out there?
I havent read ALL the posts so forgive me if this has been addressed before.

There might be still a few NIB ones left hiding in the back of someone's gun safe , I but one last month that was NIB , put an add on the EE and got a PM that a fellow CGNer had an extra one that was NIB and was willing to part with it , so you never know ..........
