M10x Unboxing

Have to say I like the look of this rifle, the buttstock is the only thing I dislike. Is it easy to remove and swap out for something different?

It really fills the void for anyone that wants a modern looking ak style of rifle, I don’t see myself buying one right now but I would have no problems owning one.

I am speculating here.

Magpul Zhukov uses standard AK interface. So any AK stock might fit.

I like Zhukov a lot on my VZ58, solid and can use different height risers.

It just reminds me of a ski boot lol, if it’s a magpul stock it shouldn’t be hard to swap it out I guess. Which is a good thing regardless of if you like the stock or not, options are good.

Wonder what it would look like with the standard MOE AK stock...

Hmmm. Kinda wanting one of these just so I can do "Iraqi reloads" lol. Which works well with Yugo pattern mags as the Iraqis used Yugo pattern AKs.

I dont think other stocks will work. It needs to fold to be able to break the rifle down

I don't really understand the obsession with a last round bolt hold open feature.
I heard the same thing in another thread with a new 9mm rifle being discussed.

I've seen $6000 custom race pistols with the last round hold open REMOVED by the pistolsmiths who build them.

Also; Ruger 10-22, AK-47, and MP-5 are all hugely popular guns that don't have this feature.

- reloads are quicker and easier under pressure
- your last round fired feels different when your bolt locks back, so you instinctively reload.... instead of potentially not realizing you're empty and hearing 'click'. Again not good when under pressure.

Same CGN logic that if a gun is over $1000 it must shoot sub-MOA.

"CGN logic" dictates that the M10X has no BHO and is therefore a complete and utter POS that nobody should buy. The fact that it doesn't guarantee sub-MOA accuracy for $2K is just the icing on the disaster cake. Besides which, M+M Industries fleeced the Canadian market out of pure greed and must be shunned if you have any loyalty to the Canadian something or other. Plus North Sylva is the Devil incarnate (or some such....)!!! Oh yeah, the owner of M+M Instustries looks shifty too!!!

All of the above = Do Not BUY!!! x10!!!

Lol ^^^^^^

What it really means is dont buy the m10x, instead run out and wait almost a year aswell on pre order for the BCL102 for a few hundred dollars less BUT I doesmt work period and be happy about it

Or what it really, really means is that those proprietary, $1K, stripped AR receiver sets from Macabee and ATRS will be totally worth the money and not price-jacked to 4x their value!!!

LOL, That's exactly it but we cant forget that people already have parts sitting in their bin so really it didnt cost them anything over 1000$ to build one. Or did they have to pay for said parts still but sat on them unused for years .

In the end, you will love your m10x Bartok, it literally feels like an AK Swiss Arms rifle

And that matters at the range because... :p

If you have more trigger time on a AK instead of a AR that argument becomes moot.
