Update On Ontario Restricted Transfer Times

They're still flying off the shelves; I have 60004** from yesterday, so that's ~2400 new transfers initiated in one day, two and a half months after the initial announcement.

I'm also still waiting on 59303** from June 10. Just over 70,000 transfers between my two purchases in 46 business days (accounting for July 1 and the Ontario Civic Holiday in August). It's still frustrating, but not quite as painful counting business days vs calendar days (67 days).

Both handguns were purchased online through two separate dealers in BC.

I’m pretty sure if you present that transfer to the store they will release it but you still need permission to transport

I was at Tenda yesterday and overheard someone ask how many handguns they have waiting for approvals, and the guy said 8,000 in their store alone. Was he exaggerating? That's literally 7-8 tons of handguns.

They are one of the largest stores so its feasible they do 10+% of the handgun business. Just not sure they had that many in stock.
