I've used my head. There's numbers that no longer have to be processed that were processed. The fact that they're in front of me doesn't matter to me because they're no longer on the CFO's plate. Who cares?
I have patience. Those numbers are out of the que. They no longer have to be done. They're dealt with.
Know who else cries when someone cuts a line in front of him? My 6 year old nephew. Are you 6 years old? Do I need to get down on one knee, look you in the eye and explain to you how sometimes life just doesn't work out to be all rainbows and sunshine? Do I need to wipe your tears with my sleeve and tell you it's gonna be okay sport?
currently seeing transfers going through for june 6th through 8th at work. but have been seeing these dates for the past 5 days. this is of course for ontario, other provinces seem to be somewhat faster to damn near instantaneous.
There is only a line that we here have imagined. Yes the CFO said they are taking them as they come, but that was 750,000 transfer applications ago. Perhaps they have decided to change tactics to process them a bit quicker. Maybe that gets someone else approved before you but if it were not for this thread in a forum you would not even know that. I would think ANYTHING that gets ALL transfers done sooner is a benefit to EVERYONE. Stamping your feet does nothing but make them review the system once again and cause ducking delays for all. Complaining because they may have handed some off to another province to complete may in the end shut down that process and create another delay.

Why are people upset that more guns are being transferred? The more CFOs helping to move things, the faster is all goes. I hope they start doing more stores and getting them done. More is better. Would you guys be happier if they didn't do the Nordic ones so that the Ont CFO needed to do those ones to before yours? What Kind of backwards logic is that.
Im still waiting on a bunch but Im glad to know that there are more handguns being shipped to the law abiding and that there are now less spots in line until my next one clears because the NS CFO got some out of the way.

I agree 100%. I feel like I'm getting robbed every time I look at my tax deductions on my pay and where they go.

It would help if they would be up front about it and say "yes this is what is happening". Instead the Ontario CFO has maintained that some transfers were processed "out of order in error". So which is it? Is it intentional or in fact an error?
Can you blame people for being frustrated for waiting 4+ months? If you guys don't care about line skippers, why don't you tell your CFO and he can get to mine faster, thanks.

Well said, there is a problem when we are being told transfers are being processed in numerical order but come to find out this is not true. A day or two of the CFO processing transfers that were initiated later may well be an error, but continuous transfers afterwards is deliberate and intentional. Putting aside what is fair and what isn't, it comes down to doing your job properly and efficiantly otherwise poor performance and the same mistake over and over should be met with consequences.
Missed a few days of this thread and it digressed in a hurry. I double checked my remaining transfers and they do not match the spread sheet. Each is off by 3 days. Not the end of the world. I do like how the projected date is now fluid based on actual completions. Brilliant work Wolf

When I saw someone else (a complete stranger) get their approvals before mine, i genuinely thought "wow. Lucky bastsrds. Good for you!"
Then i continued to wait patiently without tears for mine. Two weeks later, i got one of mine. And still waiting for others.
But it's not the "Canadian way"! Just kidding.
Injustice bothers me especially when people flaunt their "special connections" and "privileges" due to "secret contacts".
If you skip the line, just be quiet about it and stop flaunting it here. We don't care that you're special.
BTW, I'm not upset by people just reporting their early approvals. We can all use some good news.
Nah. Some people like to feel special and need a reason to show off. Others just want to cry adn squabble about something...anything...lol
Besides, wolf needs the data points. If it wasn't for this thread, it would have taken much much longer. Everyone would be calling the cfo and slowing down approvals. Because of this thread. We have a solid prediction via spreadsheet by wolf.

Feels like this week is a writeoff for transfers.... GIVE ME A TRANSFER
Great idea if your objective is to further slow down transfers by tying up CFO resources on a wild goose chase.
I'm not complaining bud. I'm saying in ANY job, if you are not doing your job properly and keep making mistakes guess what, there is a line up of people who are willing and able to do the job...I am grown btw and don't insult people on forums, seems like your the one who needs to grow up with that attitude.
