I third the folder. But I like folders, and to keep it compact if you REALLY don;t like the stock, why not try an under folder? I <3 those.

Yeah but the folders are really not great for response times. It takes a lot of time to open the VZ folder as well, it ain't fast.
I'm going to put an AR stock on mine and see how it feels. I noticed that you took your Roach Tactical one off? Any reason?

Those stocks won't work with the VZ. They have a tab in the receiver to lock it closed. You would have to mod the receiver to make it work, and that's if the other dimensions work, which they probably don't.
I had it on my other 858 but took it off to run the NEA railed adaptor and cantilever mount.

My new shorty.Help me ''tacticool'' it.Already got a NEA hand guard on its way .Should i keep the factory folder or go with a M4 style stock with a CTR?
Put an ACE AKFX stock and Stormwerkz side folder hinge on it. For Christ's sake whatever you do, don't feel obligated to put an AR stock on it. Contrary to popular belief, they aren't necessarily the only option.
That's a UTG TL-BP69S foldable picatinny mount bipod. I've never tried the OEM CZ bipod. Nutnfancy did a nice review on this bipod, and it only cost me $39.27 to my door from Utan. Pretty sweet little piece of kit, not a harris bi pod but great value, when compared to other bipods at this price point (Ncstar).

x2! I bought the super shorty ak ace stock off of him a bit ago, very good guy to deal with. Shipped it the same day, but he does not have the folding mech. You have to order those form the states.
