**Huge CGN .264 Bullet Test Result** (lots of pics!)

This is the best single piece of information I have yet obtained since deciding to reload for my M70 6.5x55skan....
I'm at a loss on the varmint sizes though. Idealy I'd like a single hole. Penetrate 2",then explosively fragment but not exit.....might be asking a bit much from a 6.5x55 though.
The Vmax expanded sooner than the TNT but I'm wondering if the whole coyote would 'splat' or if the pieces would stay within the body.....on the other hand the TNT may just leave a finger sized hole on the back side....

The Sierra 140gr GameKing is a spbt and the only one I know. And it's in the test.

Here is the Sierra 140 grain on a Yukon moose (I meant caribou,,,oops) at 180 yards. Course it is a neck shot.

The 140gr Accubond and 120gr TTSX were tested. Look for "Part Deux" further in he thread, a bunch more bullets were tested.
