Great work Dylio, yes now the shirt de-restricted process wait, shouldn't be too long, it was initiated weeks ago.
Was also tempted on stormchasers NR ACR since it was a good deal but will wait for mine instead. Noticed CSC had some tan ones in stock..
Mine took about 3 weeks I think but they don't contact you to tell you it's finished, you need to call in every few days and wait till they can't find it in the system anymore.
You should be able to take them home and continue to treat it as restricted until it's off the registry.
Great news, still no news for mine yet, maybe I should give them a call..we bought our barrels at about the same time. Non restricted? Just asking..
You should be able to pick it up as soon as CSC has it back from Dlask, just treat it as restricted until the CFO says it's off the registry.
Mine was only with the verifier a few days then I had it back, I just called the CFO every week till the lady had a hard time figuring out what I was talking about, she said all that was left was a note that it had been reclassed and there was no registration anymore.
Must be nice, I'm still waiting, and this acr is chomping at the bit to go get some coyotes !

I bought my barrel used but like to help anyone going through the process I already went through getting mine off the books. Also very interested to hear how these barrels perform.
Didn't realize you guys bought brand new rifles and had the NR barrel put in before picking them up.
Did you get credit for the factory barrel or was it just $550 on top of the retail price of the rifle?

To answer your question CR5, no I did not get credit for the factory barrel. Going to put mine on the EE for cheap and see if anyone wants to practice their milling skills on it.
Total cost was $620, installed and NR paperwork done and taxes, not bad !
