Neat. I just read that. It's based off the ciener design. I wonder if it would would in other uppers.

It's a lot cheaper to shoot .22. $12 for 500 rounds.
9mm is TEN times that. I'd rather shoot .22.
I got my order comfirmation from Questar. Only 10% is being charged to my card as a depost, around $84, and they are not expected until June.However, this leaves me extra $$$ to buy the lower while I wait, or something else....
Would the .22lr upper then remain non-restricted?
The upper is an uncontrolled device that a twelve year old could buy and posses. So it isn't restricted or non-restricted, it's just a thing.
Don't be too quick on buying a lower... we're working on something that will be quite interesting but it's still a couple of months away (at least). The permits are being processed now and once everything is approved we'll make the announcement... until then that's all the info I can release.
